The house is extremely clean and has been finished to the highest standard, sleeping 6 people comfortably within 3 double bedrooms, with two bathrooms upstairs (one en-suite). The house includes the following:

-Third double bedroom;
-Fourth bedroom converted to a walk in wardrobe;
-Bathroom with walk in shower (upstairs);
-Large living room;
-Large fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and table for 6 people;
-Large garden with table and chairs;
-Separate room with washing machine;
-Third toilet downstairs in kitchen;
-Off-street parking.

There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double-oven, induction hob and wine cooler.

There is a driveway at the front of the house with space for one car. In addition, there are many free parking spaces along the road if required.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the house, together with use of a DVD player inc. DVD’s and Sky television in the living room.

Guest access

All guests will have full use of all of the property except for access to the loft, which will be locked.

Interaction with guests

Arrangements will be made for the keys to be dropped to any visitors at an arranged time after 2pm on the day of arrival. If any issues the keys can also be left with the very friendly neighbour to arrange collection.
