Set on farmland with mountain views & surrounded by green pastures you will be close to popular surf beaches ie Culburra Beach and the beautiful Jervis Bay.

Conveniently located to several popular wedding venues including The Pyree Hall 1 min drive, The Butter Factory 2 min drive, Merribee House 5 min drive, Terara House 7 min drive and Terara Riverside Gardens 8 min drive.

Mrs Grahams house is a relaxed and tranquil home with the following ammenities
-3 x bedrooms (each with queen beds)
-1.5 bathrooms
-laundry including washing machine and dryer
-open plan living with TV & WiFi, -dining and fully equip kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine
-reverse cycle air conditioning
-large outdoor entertaining deck complete with lounge, lounge chairs, large dining table & BBQ.
-large fenced backyard

We provide
- linen & bath towels (BYO beach towels)
- soap, hairdryer
- iron & ironing board
- coffee machine & coffee beans

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home except the garage which is used to store our gardening equipment.

There is a large backyard for relaxing in which is now fenced however we ask parents to supervise children at all times whilst outside.

Please also be mindful if children are present as there is a creek (which is usually full of water) neighbouring the property.

Other things to note
As Mrs Grahams house is in the countryside there are sometimes wildlife visitors to the property including lizards, frogs, possums and foxes. You may be lucky to see the resident black swans who return year after year to the creek to raise their babies.

Pyree is a small farming hamlet ideally located on the Shoalhaven river flats between the popular seaside town of Culburra Beach (8 min drive) and Nowra CBD (10 min drive).
Pyree is close (3 min drive) to the sleepy fishing village of Greenwell Point where you’ll find award winning Pelican Rocks Seafood Cafe, Jim Wildes Famous Oysters, The Greenwell Point Bowling Club & the Greenwell Point Pub. There is an IGA supermarket, butcher, chemist and service station also conveniently located here.

If you’d like to venture further afield there’s always a visit to Berry for coffee & cake and a shop at the monthly markets or call into one of the several wineries along the way. Head south for a trip to Huskisson for lunch at the Husky Pub or travel a little further down the highway to the ever popular towns of Milton & Ulladulla.

I love this idyllic area that has so much natural beauty nestled between the mountains and our beautiful beaches.
