The space
The room is quite spacious. You'll find a 140 cm bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a chair. It's your personal space. A key locks the door. This room will be clean on your arrival. A pillow and a duvet are available. It's up to you to bring your sheets.
The principle is that the common areas are shared. So, kitchen, bathroom, toilet are common. Cleaning is done on Mondays and Fridays. It's up to all of you to keep the place clean after your visit. Respect others and they will respect you
There are times when the atmosphere is friendly. Tenants meet to chat and eat together. Other times, tenants stay more in their room. It's up to you to get closer to others and create a friendly atmosphere.
Knowing that above all, this house welcomes tenants passing through, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months. For a job or a one-off assignment.
There is internet, TV in the kitchen for info or more.
This housing principle was very helpful to me when I did my student internships or my diver's license. I was looking for nice places and especially not too expensive. If you look at the listing, it's €400 per month, accommodation, and all charges included.
This accommodation is intended for people who need it. Those who want an individual place, this is not the place. Go to the hotel, that's their job. It will cost you €60/night.

If I am there, I will gladly welcome you. You can call me as soon as you arrive.
If I'm not there, look for Building C of the residence. You're in front of the building, it's the door on the right. There's a lockbox and the code is 0111. Open the door and put the key back in the lockbox.
Go upstairs and settle into your room. Numbers 01 to 06 are on the doors. The keys are also in the door lock. There are two keys. The one in your room and the one in the bottom door that must always remain locked.
