The space
Ideally located at the foot of the Parc de la Garenne and just a 5-minute walk from the port of Vannes, this spacious T3 combines modern comfort, tranquility and a green setting. With its private parking space at the foot of the residence, you can enjoy a rare and ideal location to discover the city on foot.

From the entrance, a functional wardrobe welcomes you and leads to a beautiful bright living room. The living room offers a warm space with sofa, armchairs and television, complemented by a dining area that can accommodate up to four guests. Unlimited fiber Wi-Fi is available, as well as some board games for your relaxing evenings.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen will delight guests: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (capsules and filter), kettle, toaster, washing machine... A shopping cart is also available for your walks to the nearby market.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and storage. For families, a travel cot can be provided upon request.
