Swim, bike, run, hike and ski to your heart's content minutes away! Enjoy the fire pit and wildlife views from property. Free wifi, netflix, and hulu included. 2 Parking spaces and please pull in the driveway opposite the mailbox, turn right, then park in front of the PARK Here sign. Enjoy the complimentary two pairs of snowshoes in winter, and fishing poles in summer. Bottled water, coffee, hot cocoa, and tea are complimentary. Pets $50 per stay. Smoke/vape not allowed inside or on grounds.

The space
The property is a closed off section of right side of home that is it's own small studio apartment. Brand new privacy fence and above ground patio pond with shaded seating just installed! Speed mitten, ultimate frisbee, and bean bag toss available outside. The left side of the home is occupied by the owner. Apartment is about 200sq feet, 1 Full bed with memory foam mattress, full bath, and camp style bunk beds with memory foam mattress toppers, are in the same living space. Not a huge space, but as you can see from the photos it's efficiently laid out and can be your cozy base camp. Next to the bed is an HD TV, book shelf, Nintendo Wii, and shelves for your clothes, etc. You will also find chargers for cell phones on one shelf. Next to the bed is also a space heater in case you need it. There is also a small table and folding chair you may use for laptop, etc. A luggage rack is available as well. large closet to your right as you enter can be used to hang your jackets or clothes. Iron, ironing board, snowshoes, fishing poles, and dog crate are also in closet. Small closet next to the large closet has extra bed linens and cards/board games. Kitchenette to your left as you enter including fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, enameled iron cooking pans for grill, utensils. Air conditioner and remote is available in warmer months. Weber gas grill with side burner is available on deck. Fire pit in summer. This is a smoke and vape free property in and outside. Security cameras cover the entire grounds and rowdy drunken/high behavior will not be tolerated. Please use the garbage and recycle bins inside the property to dispose of items.

Guest access
Entrance is at the back right side of the house off the deck. Parking is on the right and please pull in the driveway opposite the mailbox, the then turn to the right to park, 2 spaces right next to the PARK HERE sign. Walk along the right side of florescent rope to the back deck and entrance. Please only use this walkway when coming/going. The front porch and side walk are off limits. You you have the entire apartment space. The door to the right of the tv is locked and private entrance to rest of home. Lights will be on at night to light the way to the house. As you approach the back deck another light will come on. The heat is kept at 65, but if you need you may use the supplied radiator heater, just be sure to turn it off upon leaving. There is also a heat vent in the bathroom if you want the living space extra warm leave the bathroom door open when not in use There are extra blankets and bed linens in the closet next to the jacket closet. Please use the ceiling vent fan when taking a shower.

Other things to note
200sq feet of living space, not huge, but as you can see from the photos it's efficiently laid out. Bathroom uses a sewage ejector pump. Nothing, but the supplied toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. If anything else is flushed that damages the pump, you will be charged for plumbing repairs. Dogs and cats are allowed for an extra fee. They must not be destructive or loud. Any damage, or excessive mess will be charged and extra cleaning fee. Any dog droppings outside must be picked up and not thrown in trash inside apartment. A dog crate is available and in the front closet. Please do not leave dog alone for more than 6 hours and fold crate back up upon leaving. This is a smoke and vape free property. If smoke smell is detected inside property you will be upcharged $100 for extra cleaning and ozone machine service. Exterior cameras cover entire exterior of property. Drunk or drug induced behavior will not be tolerated. Skinning or display of dead deer is not allowed on property grounds. Any aggressive, or destructive behavior and you will be asked to leave immediately. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. There is no room service. Towels and wash clothes are supplied for length of stay. Lock key code is supplied before arrival. Upon checkout, lock the door by pressing the lock button. In winter if we have had 1 ft or more snow, I will need to shovel roof on top of rental, which will only require 15 minutes and happen between 5 and 7pm.
