The space
Cas Coral is a 2-story villa in the luxury resort of Coral Estate. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms with one master bath, and one shared bath, both with showers and hot water. 2 of the bedrooms have shutter doors facing the pool area, the third bedroom is to the side of the house. The beds all have semi-orthopedic mattresses of medium firmness.
The upstairs floor plan has a combined kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is a smart tv and a portable speaker. It all opens up to a large terrace with a sofa arrangement and a small table with chairs for your morning coffee. There are also stairs down to the pool area.
There is a large pool in the private backyard of the house. Large enough to swim laps! At night you can also turn on the pool lights, for a nightly swim under the stars! There is also an outdoor dining table and different seating options, with sun chairs and sofas.
There is a side building with the pool pump and also a washing machine, if you need to do laundry.
There is also a guesthouse which has a queen bed, kitchenette, shower and toilet. It can be rented separately on request.
The property offers a large amount of privacy, with a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful sunsets!
Guest access
The rental is for the main house with full access to the pool area and garden.
If you are a large party of guests, or simply would like more privacy within the home, you might be interested in our quaint and spacious guesthouse. It sleeps 2, and is rented separately for an additional fee of USD 35 per night. If you would like to expand your space, please send us a request and we can hopefully arrange for this.

Extra persons
Due to the cost of cleaning and laundry, there is an added charge per additional persons above 2 of USD 10 per night.
Utilities
As the utility costs are high on the island, we have chosen to, instead of making an across the board added cost to listing, add a charge for actual usage at checkout. This seems more fair as a small party will not consume as much as a larger party will. It is also a way to encourage our guests to be mindful of usage as this often is a limited resource on the island. Power outs do occur, as the power grid is sometimes not able to meet demand.
The actual cost can be expected to run between USD 12-20 per day, when careful about leaving aricos and fans running in empty rooms. We do give an allowance of USD 5 per day, which more than well covers the cost of pool and garden maintenance.

Upon arrival, we require a deposit of €500. At the end of the holiday, the consumption of water and electricity will be deducted from this deposit. These costs are therefore not included.
