Bright apartment in Palermo Hollywood 🌟 It has a living room, dining room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and balcony that comes out from the room. Includes WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning, and SMART TV. Enjoy the grill and pool on the top floor. Close to Av. Santa Fe and steps from the best bars and restaurants. An excellent option for enjoying the city! 🏡✨
The building has a pool and grill on the top floor (you will climb stairs after the ninth floor). Grill is available for use, just make sure to let me know in advance.
For washing machines, each guest should bring their own soap and softener, although sometimes there is a bit of what previous guests left behind.

Keys: A set of keys (tag) is left and check-in is self-managed. The keys are in a key box just 250 meters from the building. YOU 🗝️ MUST PICK UP THE KEYS BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE APARTMENT
- Check-in and Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed, as it will depend on availability at the time, either due to reservations the night before or the day of departure. ⏰
- Towels and Bedding: For each booking, 1 large towel and 1 small towel are provided per person for the entire stay. The bed will be made and a set of sheets and a duvet are included. 🛏️
- Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers the initial cleaning of the apartment, leaving it in optimal condition with sheets and towels. Daily cleaning is not included. 🧹
- Identification: When booking, you'll be asked to email a photo ID (ID or passport) of all guests. 📸
- Bookings: Bookings outside of AIRBNB are not accepted.
