It’s a calm, peaceful spot, just 1–2 minutes’ walk from supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants, and only 5 minutes on foot from the beach. This is the kind of place you’ll always remember.

In the Box You will find the key to the apartment and the key to the main door. Use those keys while you are here.

There is 3 free outdoor car parks, just as shown in the photo, 2 in front of the building, and we have another park next the building.
About 2 minutes walking distance, you find a big shopping (Forum Madeira). There you may find: take away, supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema, Pharmacy, etc
You should enter and leave the shopping center through the side entrance, where the cinemas are, because it is closer and faster to the apartment ( three min)
Before the shopping center, on this street, there is others supermarket, fruit shop, pastry shops, bakeries, confectionery shops, pharmacy and other services (restaurants etc.).

From 1st October 2024, a municipal tourist tax will apply to overnight stays. The amount of the municipal tax is €2.00 per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, per person and per overnight stay.
