Wonderful place and hosts. They made me feel at home right from the start. The cottage is very cozy and has a lot of space . The rustic/historic feel ads to its charm .

Wonderful settings, warm and friendly hosts. Perfect for kids with lots of animals and things to do. The cottage is clean with comfortable beds. The kids are already talking about when we're going back :)

Sanitas and Arnes little cottage is charming, the outdoor patio under the tree makes a magical evening as the sun sets. The amenities are very basic, no running water or restroom as befitts a 19th century cottage. But dot worry, there is separated shower, sink and washroom in close proximity in the big house. We very much enjoyed a calm evening on our way between Norway and Sweden

This was a great experience to stay at Sanita's place! We and our four kids stayed here for only one night but we would have loved to stay longer. It's a very old house and we loved that. It's spacy and cosy. Bathroom is a 10 m walk through the garden. You can also choose to go to a very old wooden loo ;) Sanita is a great host, kind and nice talking to. She showed us all the animals which were on the site. We and especially our kids played with them and enjoyed watching them. Thanks Sanita for your great hospitality!!

wonderful place to end our stay in Norway! So nice to enjoy breakfast or a cup of tea in the garden and listen to the silence...our 3 years old son enjoyed a lot the animals and the house :) Sanita and her family are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommanded

Cycled here from Lekvattnet with three friends and stayed for one night in their rustic cottage which was perfect. On our request, we had a typical Norwegian dinner with the family, pancakes for breakfast, loved it!!
