This is our home, hence rarely available. It is unique and has very high quality products throughout plus smartphone/voice activated lounge and courtyard WiFi lights with 16 million colours!
The large kitchen features a big supply of high quality plates and glasses and you can help yourself to the sugar, salt, olive oil etc.
The adjacent private courtyard seats 8 and includes a lounge area plus electronic pergola to provide either shade or sun. The large elegant dining room seats 8 and the leather lounge has seating for 7 plus a 70" TV and premium European speakers connected to a PS4, Apple TV, Chromecast - all of which access Netflix and Stan accounts you can use.
Both bathrooms are like new and feature electronically controlled water temperature. The primary bathroom is large and includes a spa bath.
The main bedroom has a new queen mattress, the 2nd room a new king single mattress and the renovated loft is spacious and thoughtfully presented. It contains a queen and double bed, double mattress/futon, lounge area (with TV/Netflix) and a desk.
There is a double garage with private rear lane way access and you can help yourself to the laundry facilities, which are all very new. A baby cot and toys are available if needed.
There is front and rear access to the property including space for 2 cars in a large clean garage accessible via a rear laneway.
Interaction with guests
This is our home and only available when we travel.
Airbnb is a share economy community, not a hotel service. As such we will only rent our home to people with a photo, written profile and a friendly and informative introductory message.
We will be available via the Airbnb app to assist and a family member lives nearby and will welcome you on arrival and assist as necessary.
Make yourself comfortable and please treat our home as you would your own.
The house is yours except the wine cellar and office.
It is more comfortable, and cleaner, if shoes are left at the door or in the garage.
We are energy efficient; please turn off lights when not in the room and turn off air-conditioner when not home.
Please park in the garage or on the street, not in the laneway shared with neighbors.
Please depart with rubbish placed in the bin and dishes done and put away.
Please don't use metal objects on our quality pots and pans.
We're friends with our neighbours, sorry...strictly no parties.
