Guests will have an absolute access to everything in the studio and all the balconies Guests can can use the common lounge, garden, kitchen and lobby area. You will be able to use the common living room which is equipped with cozy couches. We also have collection of interesting books, board and card games.
There are multiple rooms in the building. They are also available on a longer term stay like a week or even months - please check for special discounts on those.
The room allocated to you may vary slightly from the one shown here, but they are identical in terms of facilities and amenities. Depending on the vacancy we can accommodate requests for particular rooms as well. Please do check with the staff upon check in..

Late Check-Out Policy:
• 11:00-13:00 hrs: 15% of room rate (subject to availability).

• After 17:00 hrs: Full room rate (subject to availability).
