Nestled in the heart of the South Downs, Titch Hill Farm offers a charming escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our picturesque farmhouse, dating back to the 18th century, has been lovingly restored to provide a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.
The space
Make yourself at home in our newly renovated 200 year old farmhouse. Titch Hill Farm boasts three spacious bedrooms. This is the largest room in the farmhouse and sleeps up to 3 people with a comfortable king-sized bed and a daybed. A travel cot is also available upon request for this room. The room features a generously sized bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Wake up to the soothing sounds of nature with stunning views of the countryside just outside your window.
We provide continental breakfast supplies and a bottle of Titch Hill wine as part of your stay with us.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a kitchenette and breakfast room. The kitchenette comes complete with tea and coffee making facilities (Moccamaster filter coffee maker & kettle) as well as continental breakfast supplies. There is also a toaster and fridge for guest use. Please not that there are no guest cooking facilities.
From your bedroom, the kitchenette is down the main stairs and left through the doorway under the stairs.

While we provide a kitchenette with breakfast supplies for all guests, we are primarily set up as a bed and breakfast and therefore we recommend visiting one of the many great local restaurants options for dinner.
Our bed and breakfast is part of our family home and therefore it's possible that at times you may hear us or our young children in the house. We also have a cat called Jimmy who may occasionally say hello.
