A sweet little ground floor two bedroom flat in Fitzrovia. Modern, stylish, quiet and professionally cleaned. 7 minutes walk to Oxford Circus. Lots of great shops and restaurants close by!

The space

Welcome to my sweet little home in the centre of London - in my opinion the best city on earth :)

This two bedroom flat is located on the ground floor of a graceful block in the exciting and central neighbourhood of Oxford Circus. With Oxford Circus and Goodge Street stations only 5-7 minutes away, the flat has great transport links. You can walk to all the best areas of London including SoHo, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square!

The flat is quite cosy and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room has a sofabed which opens into a full double bed. Check out our cool map of London on the wall and see what things you can spot :)

The dining table also opens up into a table for six people with extra chairs on the side. TV is equipped with basic free view channels. The flat also has superfast SKY wifi internet.

Both bedrooms are decorated by a local interior designer and you will love the lush mohair throws from Heal's - one of my favourite stores in London. You can check out the store on the famous Tottenham Court road only 5 minutes away!

Both beds have high quality fresh linens and beds made up by my housekeeper in a hotel style. There is nothing like sinking into these lovely sheets after a day out shopping and sightseeing. The bedrooms have wardrobes but not huge amounts of space otherwise, a common feature in London which is one of the most expensive cities in terms of accommodation.

The bathroom has a shower and we provide fresh fluffy towels and shampoo and shower gel.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle. You don't need to buy basics like olive oil and salt and pepper. We have enough in the flat for you. There is also tea, coffee and sugar!

Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. So what are you waiting for ...go ahead and book!

Guest access

The entire apartment is for guest use.

Interaction with guests

I may not always be available to meet you because of work commitments. However in my absence, Hostmaker will look after you. They are a local professional company who will give you all the local tips and help you settle in. Please ensure that you keep all conversations on the Airbnb inbox.

Other things to note

Please note that the TV in the home is temperamental & doesn't work at times due to bad signal! Hence we have not listed as an amenity. That said, you are so close to all the central parts of London, so hopefully the sights & scenes of London keep you busy :)

Great communication with the team. Easy check-in and check-out. Very nice location: walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, such as Oxford Street, Picaddilly Circus, SoHo, Covent Garden, West End theatres, and etc. Convenient public transportation connections including tubes and buses to various destinations, Heathrow Airport, King's Cross Station, St. Pancras International, Paddington Station, and so on. Shower is small but clean. Hot water works well. Kitchen is fully equipped and functioning. Space is small for five adults and no space for five normal size check-in suitcases... Overall, thanks to the team and the great location of the flat, we had enjoyed our stay in London very much.

This is a wonderful flat in a great location! Very safe and pleasant and pretty, with lots of cafes nearby and a Sainsbury Local across the next street. We found the beds and sofa bed very comfortable, the pillows and linens very nice, and the towels were large and plush (and plenty of them). Also, having an extra half bath is always a plus when you have three people. As others have mentioned, the doors in this building are heavy and secure, thus can be loud when closing. When people are in the entryway, somehow the noise carries throughout the apartment. It didn't happen often, or late at night, so I think people are cognizant of this, and considerate. There was an issue with hot water but Assaf and Kim quickly responded and resolved it, as well as other minor issues with broken blinds and a nonworking tv device. We used Goodge Street Station, a 5 or 6 minute walk. Heads up that this station has a circular staircase which much be at least four stories, so if you have bags, take the lift which is large and just inside the entrance. Our vacation was great and we were lucky to find such a nice flat as our home base. I highly recommend this property.

This flat is located brilliantly in Fitzrovia, close to heaps of bars, restaurants and cafes. It is small, but this is central London. Beds are fine and the WiFi is reliable. The bedrooms are too small to open a suitcase in, so you end up with luggage in the living room. This is ok if you are two singles or a couple, but gets very cramped if you are two couples as we were. The building is incredibly noisy (and we have lived in central London so are very familiar with what is normal in these situations) so I would avoid if you plan on spending a lot of time in the flat, especially at night. If you plan to be out most of the time you should be fine, but we had a baby with us and the noise in the rest of the building was intolerable.
