The space
Our house has been designed to offer a superior rest experience, with spacious, bright spaces and professional decoration that balances the modernity of the Endemic Econdominium with the warmth of a coastal refuge.
🛌 High-End Rest (4 Rooms)
All rooms have independent electric heaters, large closets and have been equipped with excellent quality bedding to ensure a restful sleep:
Master Suite: A relaxing sanctuary with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and decor designed for total disconnection.
Room No. 2: Equipped with a second king-size bed, ideal for two couples to share the house with the same level of comfort.
Room No. 3: It has two 1.5-seat beds, perfect for adults or young people looking for individual space.
Room No. 4: The favorite space for children and large groups. It has 2 bunk beds (4 beds in total), optimizing space without sacrificing comfort.
🚿 Bathrooms (3 total)
The house has three full bathrooms (including the master suite). All have quality finishes, body and hand towels, and basic toiletries for your arrival.

The heart of the house is an open and fluid space:
Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped for long stays. Includes a large capacity Side by Side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, countertop and small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
Living and Dining Room: A large social area with a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for winter nights or cool coastal days.
Panoramic Terraces: Equipped with high-quality terrace sets and barbecue, they are the ideal place to enjoy barbecues and conversations while watching the sunset over the sea.

Autonomous Access: Forget about physical keys; entry is by digital lock with a unique code for your stay.
Outdoor Shower: Designed especially for those who come from enjoying the sea or surf, allowing sand and salt water to be removed comfortably before entering the house.
Guest access
During your stay, the house is 100% exclusive for you and your group. You won't share internal spaces with other guests, guaranteeing total privacy in your bedrooms, living room and terraces.

As part of the Endemic Econdominium community, you'll have access to world-class amenities designed for wellness and fun:
Pools: Available to enjoy the sun and relaxation (subject to season and condominium rules).
Sport and Adventure: Free access to the Pump Track (bicycle/skate track) and the trekking trails that run through the 5 hectares of conservation of the site.
Beach access: Direct exit to the sea and immediate proximity to Laguna El Perro, ideal for lovers of SUP, Kayak or simply walking along the shore at sunset.
Services with an additional charge
The condo offers wellness and meeting spaces that require prior reservation at the concierge and have a preferential value for guests:
Sauna (1 and 2): $5,000 (capacity up to 4 people). Ideal for relaxing the body after a surf session.
Game Room: $10,000 (up to 10 people).
Event Room: $10,000 (up to 10 people).
Other things to note
• Sustainability and Coexistence: Living the Endemic experience means respecting the environment. The condominium has recycling points and strict rules on noise to ensure the peace of all the neighbors.
• Security: Access to the condominium is controlled 24 hours a day. For a smooth check-in, we will ask you for the occupants' details and the vehicle's license plate in advance to notify the gate.
• Heating and Climate: The house is very cozy thanks to its wood-burning stove (the heart of the home in winter) and electric heaters. Remember that, being on the oceanfront, the nights can be cool even in summer, so we recommend bringing appropriate clothing.
• Aesthetic Standards: To maintain the visual beauty of the project, the condominium prohibits hanging towels or clothing on the terrace railings. We have a discreet space for drying clothes and wetsuits.
• Natural Environment: Being in a conservation area, you can see local wildlife and enjoy lots of vegetation. We ask you to always drive at low speed within the premises, as there are children playing and wildlife crossing the trails.
• 🐾 We are Pet Friendly: Your four-legged companions are welcome! We understand that they are part of the family. To ensure harmonious coexistence and maintain the quality of our designer home, we have a couple of rules:
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed
- For the local fauna and the safety of the condominium's children, pets must always be on a leash in the common areas.
- We urge you not to climb on the beds or sofas.
