Alessia's apartment is big and comfortable. The two bathrooms made our lives easier since we're 5 people. Wifi is great. The kitchen is nice but it's not fully equipped. Alessia answered all of our questions and requirements quickly. And finally, the transport service they offer was really convenient for us.

We have been 4 days at Alessia's apartment. It's just as you can see on the pictures: Beautiful, charming, very clean and spacious. Good neighborhood and quite area. Just 10 minutes walk from touristic spots and historic center. I felt good living in real Rome instead of staying on a 100% touristic place. Lots of restaurants and coffees around where you can have breakfast for reasonable price. Alessia is very kind and has help us on everything we needed.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable for 3 persons. We had our own keys, so we could come at any moment. The breakfast was in cafe nearby, there was really kind and helpful waiter. :) He gave us croissant, italian cafe, and there was one small buffet table too. The B&B is not far from centre, you just have to cross the bridge. Vatican is just few minutes walk. :) We've got good experience, if we came again to Roma, sure we will sleep here again !!!

This was a first time traveled to Rome with my family. I wanted to make most memorable trip for us. Unfortunately, the place was not the same as expected. We met Emanuella when we arrived there she explained what in Rome about 15 minutes and gave us vouchers for breakfast. When she took us to room, we're completely unhappy. The room was very small. View from the window was another apartment build so we had to used drapes to blocked that people peeking from build. This caused of darkness in the room all day long which was so depressed. I must asked Edwin who we see a couple of times, Please change to different room which we were changed to much better and bigger room. Bathroom was much nicer too. Thank you so much for that. Next time if we visit again to Rome, We choose to stay Hotel. This place is nobody around no one....when we needed. no Tv, no phone, no refrigerator and we didn't even see Alessa at all. We used B&B first time. B&B is the way it is?! The comment saying they are so helpful. ... I'm sorry to say...I don't think so....

An EXCELLENT location that places you close to everything in the city. Alessia is a very helpful and attentive host. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Amenities are all good except the internet which seems to be very slow and used to disconnect a lot. Breakfast was extremely basic in my opinion and we hope we had a fridge. I didnt know this was a room in a bigger apartment, but the neighbours didn't bother us at all, we didn't feel them at all. It was a very nice warm place to come back to after our long walks in the city.

I had a great stay at this bed&breakfast! The room was clean, big en nicely decorated. Also (very important) the bed was clean and nice to sleep in. Alessia was very friendly and helpful. Subway or bus is just 10 minutes by walk. We got a free map of Rome from Alessia which was very helpful. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. On the description it said: rich breakfast, so me and my sister were really looking forward to fresh orange juice, fresh croissants and stuff like that :) We got a ticket for a breakfast cafe around the corner, which was good for one croissant and a capuccino, which was a bit of a disappointment.. :) But other that that, we had a great stay!
