Less than 5 minutes away from both central campus and Main Street, this cozy apartment will put you in the heart of the action of Ann Arbor. You will never be too far from anything, and there is easy access to sporting events, bars, and restaurants.

The space

Much of the furniture and decor I decorated/made myself in order to make it as homey as possible. I have one super comfortable full-sized bed, and one comfortable futon (not from Ikea) which could easily sleep two people. The TV is hooked up to a Roku if you want to watch Netflix, Hulu, or HBO. I have tons of pillows, and two desks with chairs.
You will be able to use my all natural, handmade soap

Guest access

You will have keys to the door, which you can access directly from the back of the house. Use of the kitchen, bathroom,

This is the best location in AA, except for the loud late night music from Necto, the night club. The place could have been neater and a little cleaner. Also, the WiFi was not the best, which I am guessing is because the modem is old. But for the price of $45/day, it's a good deal. But you need to understand, it's like your staying in a student's apartment who left to visit the parents for the weekend. Personally, I like that, but others might not.

Staying here was perfect for what I was looking for. The host was honest, very hospitable, accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. Will stay again next year there for the Ann Arbor Art Festival.

This was the perfect little apartment in the middle of Ann Arbor. It was exactly as advertised, and for the location, quality, and cleanliness of the space, the price really cannot be beat. The apartment has a great Ann Arbor feel, and most importantly, is walking distance from almost anything you could want to see or do on central campus. Weekend nights could get a little noisy, but that is expected for such a central location that is near a lot of the night life.
