Apartment Joli is a large 3 bedroom apartment with spacious sitting room, a dining table seating 6, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms,and very comfortable bedrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen with hob oven microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and raclette machine and TV
The centre of town with good restaurants and bars is 5 mins walk. The Ski lift is 200m from the door.
There is parking outside.

The space
Appartement Joli has been furnished and equipped to a high standard in with everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Main Living Space is the best place is unwind after a day on the mountains on either the large corner sofa or in either of two easy chairs. Relax watching films on the 32" LED HD TV or just while the hours away with a good book and a glass of wine. On warmer days, take advantage of the apartments two Sunny Balconies, complete with outdoor table and chairs. With views over Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains this is a sublime place to watch the sun go down.

The Large Dining Table can seat up to 10 people, great if you have additional friends staying in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains. Should you tire of the multiple excellent restaurants in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, the Well Appointed Modern Kitchen is located just off of the Lounge/Dining area and benefits from a fan oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and ceramic hob. All cookware and washing up sundries are supplied for your use, so there is no excuse not to give Savoyard Cooking a go yourself!
There are 3 bedrooms , 2 large double bedrooms and a smaller room with bunk beds. The lower bunk is slightly short 160 cm.

Guest access
There is a communal ski and boot room on the ground floor. Also a lockable space for bikes or other items.
There is private parking .

Other things to note
There is an elevator in the building. The lower bunk is not full length, it measures 160cm.

Neighbourhood highlights

Saint Gervais is an attractive small town with access to the fabulous Evasion Mont Blanc ski area. In summer the mountains provide some fabulous walking trails with amazing views around every corner.
The town has some excellent restaurants and interesting gourmet food shops as well as 2 supermarkets.
The apartment is very close to a boulangerie and tabac.
There is an ice rink and swimming pool,and thermal baths in Saint Gervais le Fayet.
