I'm renting my apartment in the central neighborhood of Chinatown, in the pedestrian area; it's very light-full, quiet, freshly renovated, with oak pavements. Minimal style, clean....white.
The kitchen is spacious and confortable, the living area has a peculiar mezzanine with a queen-size bed on top. If you please, there's a sofa-bed for one more person.
40 inches TV with DVD, blue ray player, home theatre, free private wi-fi; if you want to listen your ipod or iphone, there's a dos-station or you can plug in the stereo.
The neighborhood is quiet, peculiar and charming like (almost) every Chinatown in the world. There's many small restaurants (not only chinese), pubs and shops; there's a good supermarket just climbing down the stairs.
Neighbours are quiet and friendly.
Public transport is quite near; lines 12 and 14 (the surface metro) is at three minuter walking, the metro station of Moscova (green line) is 10 minutes walking; if you want, you can reach the center town (piazza del Duomo) by walking 30 minutes. There's a beautiful park just around the corner (Parco Sempione) you can get in from the beautifil Arena entrance for a walk or a jogging session.
