This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

The space
Villa NOMA embodies the serene and contemporary aesthetic of a modern open-plan space. Filled with natural elements, bespoke furnishings and ethnic decorations, it evokes a Mediterranean allure that will make you feel comfortable and at peace.

*** Before you book ***
Please keep in mind that one of the bedrooms has a bunk-bed. We recommend this double bedroom to: 1 adult - 2 children - 2 adults feeling comfortable sharing the double bed.

*** The Pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Please inform the property manager.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor you will find the open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a toilet, the garden and patio with pool.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, the bedroom with a bunk-bed and a bathroom with shower to share.
The bedroom with the bunk-bed has a work desk at your disposal and access to a balcony.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access every part of the space except our personal storage room (located on the first floor).

Other things to note
Please, before you book, keep in mind that the third bedroom has a bunk-bed.

We offer the option of arranging cleaning, bedding, and towels change during your stay for an additional fee. This service can be booked during check-in.

La Capellanía is a quiet residential area that will conveniently give you access by car to Corralejo (7 minutes) Lajares (9 minutes) Villaverde (10 minutes) El Cotillo (16 miutes).

There is a SuperDino supermarket in La Capellanía open every day and a Lidl and Mercadona (5 minutes by car).

'Casa Pablo' coffee and restaurant is open from 10AM-10PM from Monday to Saturday, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
