The condominium offers a large adult swimming pool and a children's pool located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. It is a beachfront property with beach chairs and sea-view lounging areas. *Free parking for one car, please inform in advance.
The building has a pathway leading to the beach surrounded by refreshing natural trees. The project's swimming pool and the sea are just 120 meters away (water activities are also available near the condominium).

Other things to note
🌡️ The room rate does not include water and electricity charges. We will send you pictures of the water and electricity meters on your check-in day, and we will provide the bill for payment through the Airbnb system upon check-out / at the end of each month during your stay.

No smoking is allowed inside the room or on the balcony. You may smoke only on the 1st floor behind the security booth. If you need to smoke on the balcony, please be mindful of potential complaints from our neighbors regarding the smell of smoke.

📍If you bring any outside guests into the condo, please inform us beforehand each time. This is a condo rule for security reasons, and unregistered guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
📍Please check out by 11:00 AM. You can leave your luggage at the lobby for the entire day. If you check out before the lobby opens at 8.30 AM, please let me know so I can finalize the water and electricity bill one day in advance.
📍 Please dispose of tissues in the trash bin. Do not flush them down the toilet as it will cause blockages.
