Overall we really liked Koosheram. Super small quaint town, the mercantile had the necessities if you needed them. ATV trails were only one block away, and we had a great time hanging out on the property enjoying being together. Lots of movies, but not many kid movies. Always windy there, but that is life!

This place is a great halfway location between Zion and the arches. It is also very close to Bryce and Capital Reef so you can knock 4 of the mighty 5 out. All three locations were very clean and updated. Great living for a weekend trip!

We used this place as a home based as we explored the beautiful Utah national parks. It was cozy and secluded and a great place for the kids to run around. It has a teepee and a covered wagon and a beautiful gazebo with a grill. We loved the built in bunk beds and the beautiful wood walls. It was tricky to find it the first time (we still found it in the dark) but easy after that. Capitol reef was really close and it was gorgeous. I would gladly return for an even longer stay as there was so much more to explore. Our host was helpful and reachable when we had a question during our stay. Wonderful place!
