Where you’ll be

Anchorage, Alaska, United States

Near the homestead, we have awesom hiking, biking and x-country skiing trails, a golf course, zoo, aquatic park, miniature golf, botanical gardens, downhill skiing and the most popular hike in Alaska - Flattop Mountain, which is your gateway to the Chugach National Park. We are in a residential area that sprawls, so while not everything is a quick walk, it is mostly within biking distance. This includes stores, restaurants and numerouse places to be entertained, such as the Long Branch Saloon for Anchorage's best burger, the Midnight Sun Brewerey, King Street Brewery, the Dimond Mall, and the rest of the shops and stores down the Dimond Corridor. Midtown is 12 minutes away by car, and downtown Anchorage is about 14 minutes, or a total of 7 miles distance.

Jerami is a 7th generation Alaskan. He enjoys everything outdoors - sailing, fishing, hiking, rafting, kayaking and traveling. In the 1800’s his family ended up settling in Bristol Bay and played a big part in building the area's commercial fishing industry into what it is now. A product of subsistence living, Jerami has built a lifestyle hosting guests as a fishing guide, eco-tour guide, and lodge owner with a sustainable homestead approach. In 2020, he hiked a large part of the 3,000 mile Appalachain trail and began restorations of his sailboat for more international adventures in the face of the COVID pandemic.
