you will find the cozy roof terrace with beautiful, white garden furniture and a gas grill. From the roof terrace you have a nice view to the former water tower of the city, which is open to visitors in summertime.
The 98 m2 of the apartment are very well and practically furnished. The large kitchen family room, which makes up the majority of the holiday home, is furnished with a nice dining area with plenty of space around the dining table. Convenient for inviting guests to dinner. Cozy living area with sofacorner and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Well equipped kitchenette with all modern facilities incl. large American refrigerator. Two beautiful bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space. The home's bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
Only a short walk from the holiday home, you will reach Skagen Sønderstrand near Vippefyret – the old bascule light. Enjoy the day on the beach, relax in the warm light of the sun while walking along the beach or take a cool bath in the fresh sea water. A trip to Grenen, where the two seas Kattegat and Skagerrak are meeting, must of course also be on the holiday program.
When you come home, sandy and tired from the beach, you can sit on the roof terrace, pour up a glass of wine, and put some steaks on the barbecue. If you prefer to go out for dinner, you will for excample find the Restaurant at Brøndums Hotel only 120 m from the house.
