Close to Warwick Castle & Racecourse, our stylish, spacious house is great for couples, families and corporate guests. With a dedicated workspace, EV charging port and coffee machine, we cater for professionals but our space is also comfortable and homely for families, couples or friends visiting concerts and race days. The log-burner in living & dining areas will keep you cosy and relaxed.

We are a short stroll to the entrance of Warwick Castle and Warwick Racecourse and a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre where there is an abundance of coffee shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
