We're less than 10 mins from Inverloch, 30 mins from Phillip Island and Cape Liptrap, 45 mins from Wilsons Prom, and only 15 minutes from the rail trail.

Please note the swimming pool is not heated until the end of October.

The space
Peaceful farm stay with beautiful sunsets, great for relaxing with the kids and family.

Renovated four bedroom home with two bathrooms, laundry, heated swimming pool, two decks, large backyard and high speed internet Starlink.

Produce on farm such as eggs, vegetables and fruit that are in season can be picked from the garden or orchard for your meals on site.

Farm animals are fenced however they can be interacted with by appointment with the hosts . Host is local and can be contacted by telephone.

Other things to note
We kindly request that no shoes are to be worn inside the home and that you and your family take all due care as this is our family home.

Please beware there is a swimming pool and two dams on this property. All children must be attended to at all times.

We have a very large backyard however animal paddocks and stock areas are fenced and gated. These areas are only to be accessed with the host present onsite, which can be arranged at any time by telephone.

In the event that we need to access our paddocks to check on our animals ie for water levels, rotation for food or due to weather conditions. You will be notified by telephone or the app.
