Rustic French elegance, garden room seating and photo booth gazebo for bridal shower or classy events. The space

- Private entrance, gathering room, restroom, kitchen/dining area, and back courtyard with optional photo booth gazebo.
- Meal service provided by host.
- Accommodates up to 24 people, 8 hour rental period. Overnight stays require a separate reservation. See "overnight stays" below.
- The space is reservable for classy bridal shower events, after-funeral family gatherings, and other classy events. No drinking parties, no bachelorette parties, etc. Mimosas/beer permitted in moderation. Hard alcohol and/or excessive consumption is not allowed.
- Includes floral arrangements, linens, votives, table decor, cups with chalkboard labels, straws, plates, cutlery, photobooth props, banners and other pictured decor.
- Meal plans: 1) Drunken Lasagna, peppered squash, Italian salad, and garlic bread loaf; 2) Grannie's Chicken and Noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, chef salad, and cloverleaf rolls; 3) crescent rolls, meat and cheese platters, with pasta salad, green salad and fruit tray, or 4) appetizers and desserts. Meal plans provided by and serviced by host.
- Overnight stays not included in price, and are an additional fee requiring a separate booking through DJ's Bed & Bistro on Airbnb. Overnight stays begin when event has ended and are restricted to front porch entry, gathering area, bedroom and restroom (kitchen/dining area and back courtyard excluded overnight).

I am generally available at all times by cell phone or text, if not already on-site. Guests can come prior to event to decorate per written agreement with host as part of the 2 hour advance-prep period.

The eating area is seasonal. Depending on the season, You will have the option of the formal garden room seating - (pictured here), or the following seasonal themes: orchard-farm house, gothic, harvest, Christmas, winter wonderland, romance, spring, and seaside.

- $325 to book, with any additional agreed-upon expenses due atleast 1 day prior to event.

Wonderful space to have an event! I booked the space for my son's high school graduation, so that we could celebrate with all the family here, and those coming from out of state. The house was beautifully arranged, she organized and prepared all the floral decorations, and I was always able to reach her in a reasonable amount of time for discussing details. I will definitely book again for any future events - highly recommend!!

Let me start by saying, she is such a sweet and helpful host! I held my best friend's bridal shower here and advised her that this was my first time hosting an event like this. She provided feedback and ideas and replied almost immediately every time I had a question about something. She was also very flexible with the times I went there to set up. While her house already has a cute rustic appeal to it she added a few more decorations to spruce up the place just for the event to go with the Parisian Rustic theme I was going for. Matching platters and dishware were provided on an as needed and if desired basis. She also provided signs, linen and furniture that matched the theme. I had a photo booth set up in her back yard, decorated her gazebo and she provided more decorations and props for it! The gathering area (where gifts were opened and games were played) and the kitchen area were big enough for the 20 people that were there. All in all, her home is very beautiful and well kept. It sits in a quiet cull de sac just walking distance away from a really nice park. I cannot thank her enough for her hospitality and all the help she provided. I would definitely come back to accommodate the space again and highly recommend this to anyone hosting an event.

Hello, I'm Darlene and I have lived in and raised a family in Fontana for 18 years. A few of my passions are a love for holidays, seasons and home decor. I'm a health/medical assistant, trained in CPR and first aid. I'm a Registered Dietitian as well, with a particular fondness for food service and catering. Since my table is always set for company and the beds ready to be slept in, It seemed appropriate that I start the next chapter by opening my home to guests.

My favorite authors are Dr. Dyer, Sara Ban Breathnach and Marianne Williamson. Im a music appreciato and enjoy most any kind of music. I enjoy the beach and mountains and am lucky to live close enough to both! Yes I'm a foodie, but dont worry, I eat all the same foods as everyone else, I just incorporate balance and variety with a big dose of portion control.

At this stage of life, if I were to have a life motto, it would be "put the airmask on yourself, before you attempt to help someone put their mask on." I'm sure the mothers and wives of many years can relate to this as well ;). If I can provide you with a warm, relaxing, and welcoming place to hang your coat for a short time, while meeting my needs as well, I am more than happy to have that experience, and look forward to meeting you.
