With a prime location, you'll be close to a variety of commercial amenities, including bakeries, gas stations, markets, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and renowned seaside kiosks.

The apartment is extremely comfortable, designed to provide a perfect stay. Equipped with modern appliances, high-quality bed and bath linens, and essential household utensils, our space offers everything you need for a memorable experience.

We offer a bedroom with two double beds, ideal for families or groups. Enjoy a clean and contemporary atmosphere, where every detail has been designed for your comfort and convenience.

1. DOCUMENTATION:

After the booking is confirmed, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, as well as a selfie, for verification. The same applies to all companions on the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol.

2. ACCESS:

No visitors allowed. Only people registered in the booking can have access.

3. BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is not included.

4. CLEANING:

Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee covers only the initial service of making the bed and washing the bed and bath linens. If you would like extra cleaning, you can request it, and you will be charged the same amount as the initial fee. We provide sheets and towels, but we do not have throws or blankets.

5. DAMAGE TO THE LAYETTE:

In case of makeup, dye or food stains, you will be charged the replacement value of the damaged item. Please note: Do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$100.00 per piece.

6. PARKING: Parking is rotating, subject to availability.

7. SWIMMING POOL:

The swimming pool can be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

8. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN:

Cleaning is done prior to check-in. If you identify any issues, please let us know immediately when you check in so we can resolve them as soon as possible.

9. VARIABLE DAILY RATES:

The daily rates are not the same every day.

10. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:

We leave basic items for the start of your stay: detergent, toilet paper, and amenities (soap, shampoo). Replenishment is the guest's responsibility as needed.

11. CONTACTING THE FRONT DESK:

For questions related to the accommodation, avoid contacting the building's reception. Use our customer support service. For questions about the building's premises, contact the reception (if there is one).

12. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR:

We are available to assist you through the available channels: website chat, business phone, and messaging app. Our service hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. There may be delays during high-demand periods.

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to make check-in and check-out times more flexible. To ensure cleanliness and quality service, we keep check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM.

13. MAINTENANCE:

Miramar maintenance team: available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with reduced service on holidays). In some condominiums, services are allowed until 5 p.m. We kindly ask you to follow our messages for guidance.
