The space
The home is only feet away from the water! Take only a few steps from the back door and within a few steps you'll be in Keuka Lake!

The home has craftsman finishes throughout! 2 King size bedrooms facing the water, Custom handcrafted Queen size bunk beds (4), custom handcrafted kitchen, and many custom finishes throughout.

House is only minutes away from Crispin Hill, The Mansion at Keuka Lake, Keuka College, Keuka Lake State Park, and the town of Pen Yann.

Disclaimer- this is a family lakehouse and a place for the family or friends to get away. This is not a house to have a party at. Absolutely no parties allowed and no unapproved guest. You are only allowed the number of guest in your booking. If this rule is broken, your stay will be over. Sorry this has to be said but if we don’t stick to a peaceful fun time, the lake won’t allow any rentals. Thank you for understanding.

Sleeps 12 but additional fees per guest past 8 due to the home having a holding tank for water. Prior approval needed

Only 1 bathroom with shower in home.

Other things to note
This is my home and we ask that when you leave it’s as close as back to as you found it.

A private Helicopter tour can be arranged if weather cooperates for up to 3 guest at a time! (multiple trips can be arranged to accommodate all guest) See all the beauty the Fingerlakes has to offer from the skies!
