Bright, modern apartment in Hoxton, 5min from Old Street tube station and 10min from Angel. Very close to the bars and restaurants of Shoreditch & Hoxton as well as Upper Street (Angel).

The room is a comfy small double bedroom with a bed to match. My guests all seem to love it :)

The space
A 5 Star rated listing; the property is part of a modern development with gated entry system located in a very quiet off-road development.

The property is located on the 1st floor, has lift access and a balcony which can be used as a smoking area.

The room is a small double room, with a queen sized (4ft wide) bed with hanging and drawer space should it be required.

You'll also have access to a modern shared (with myself) bathroom, and living space which comprises a large kitchen and combined living room with mod cons and occasionally me.

If I'm around please feel free to join me on the sofa, if only for expert advice on the best restaurants, nightclubs, drinking establishments and places of interests the immediate area and wider city (best city in the world) has to offer. If you're like me you'll stay in London for (and counting) 14 years!!

Well placed for local places of interest; Hoxton Square is 5min walk as is Old Street tube station with the bars and nightlife that Shoreditch and Islington's Upper Street offers less than 10mins. Located in Zone One, central London is a short tube or bus journey away or if you prefer, a mere 30min walk.

Guest access
The room is a bright and good sized small double room with a queen sized (4ft wide) bed, wardrobe and drawers also available to use. You will also have access to relax in a bright, spacious and well kept kitchen/ living space that is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has modern appliances and utensils that are available for your use. The bathroom is shared (with me, if I am around), and fitted out to a high standard complete with bath and power shower. Perfect for hangover remedy, I'm told.

Other things to note
The room is a small double (13'7 x 7'9) (4.15m x 2.43m) room and comes with a queen sized bed (4ft x 6ft 3').

The room is listed for one person only, no additional guests are allowed.

Location

Hoxton, London, England

The many restaurants, bars and nightlife of Hoxton and Shoreditch are on the doorstep, with Islington's Upper Street less than a 10min stroll.

East London, along with most parts of London are a mixture of old and new. Bombed heavily in WW2, the area is a cultural hot spot of modern new high build, social housing, and Victorian housing with an eclectic vibe that matches. If street art and pop-up restaurants/ shops aren't your thing, I would suggest Kensington or Highgate. If you're looking for real London and the culture this amazing city offers, the location could not be better.

An area of unparalleled outstanding urban wonder, with world renowned street art, markets, and unique places of interests on hand to make your stay a memorable one. You will not be short of things to do and see!!

Should your stay be work related, the apartment is just a 15min walk from the City, Canary Wharf 20min by public transport and the tech industry heartland of Old Street's 'Silicon Roundabout' a couple of minutes by foot; making for the perfect hub to combine business and leisure.

The apartment's Central London location means the tourist hotbed of London's West End and Soho districts are closeby. Pleasantly walkable in 20-30mins or a short hop on the tube or the many bus routes, offering you a cornucopia of exciting attractions and places of interests that will reward you with a slice of culture unique to London. Whether it be Big Ben/Houses of Parliament, Tate Modern, Tower of London, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, St. Paul's Cathedral, or the eminent theatre district, this listing is ideal for you to explore the one of the world's (if not the) top destinations.

During your stay
I am more than happy to recommend things to and see both locally and in London generally. I work long hours and not often in the property but will be there to welcome you of course and on hand at the end of the telephone should you need me :)

If I'm there during you're stay I am also happy to chat away and give great advice on things to do or places to go. Equally happy to let you settle in to your new surrounds and let you get on with it if that's preferable.
