Cascade Cottage is one of the original Cottages in the historic mining town of Derby. The Cottage has been lovingly refurbished and fitted out for a memorable biking holiday. It is conveniently located on Cascade Dam Road that leads up to the Black Stump network, close to the Trailhead and easy walk to Main Street bike shops and cafes.
Cascade Cottage now has 3 buildings in which to accommodate up to 11 guests.

The space
The Cottage sleeps four, with two long singles in the main bedroom (which can be zipped to make a king size) and two singles in the second bedroom, with all linen and towels supplied.
Cascade Cottage has two sitting rooms, a fully self-contained and well-equipped kitchen with a large gas range, fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine, and slow cooker. There are two decks, one covered, with gas BBQs and outdoor settings.
There is a large laundry and plenty of secure storage for bikes or other equipment. The start of the Blue Derby Bike Trails is just a few minutes from the house, meaning once the car is unpacked, it is not needed until departure time, so no riding time lost!
With electric heating to keep the house warm and electric blankets on all beds, cold weather is no concern. A good collection of DVD’s, books and games are provided for your enjoyment.
