OPTIONAL STUDIO CABIN with 2nd queen bed, full bath and kitchenette. To include studio in your reservation, indicate that you will have "5" guests (even if you have 4 or fewer)
Perfect for two people or two couples wanting to enjoy the coast together, yet have their own cabin.

2.___ San Marine Sub-division is on septic, so limit water use. (In addition, do not pour bleach or grease down the drain.)
3.___ Lawn chairs in the laundry room can be brought to the beach. Please don't take blankets or towels.
4.___ If your dog has been approved, there are old towels on the bottom shelf in the bathroom for wiping feet after being at the beach. Please keep dogs off furniture and bed. If the dog needs it, please hose off and dry the dog before allowing back in the house.
5.___ Do access the beach at the end of Idaho street, straight west from the boat at the corner of the property or either of the two other access points along Finisterre Avenue between Idaho and California Streets. The large house to the north of our cabin has private stairway, please don't use that one.
Our intention is to provide a home away from home at a reasonable price. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you leave the house as you found it; that means cleaning up from your stay (see items 1-7 below). The cleaner is only retained for an hour and a half to finish the laundry, make the bed(s), sanitize the bathroom, vacuum and ensure the house is ready for the next renter. Beyond that, additional labor will be deducted from your deposit.
1.___ Please start your laundry by washing any towels. Strip the bed(s) and fold all other bedding. Do not wash blankets or comforters. The cleaner will finish laundry and make the bed(s). The laundry is located off the deck next to the kitchen and is the same key as the main house.
2.___ Do dishes and put away.
3.___ Wipe down all surfaces: tables, stove, oven, inside fridge. If there are any spills in the oven or stove pans from cooking, or anywhere else, please do clean up so it's nice for the next guest.
4.___ Tidy up the bathroom and put things back.
5.___ Please take all left-over food with you. Put any garbage in pale under sink.
6.___ Before leaving, place baseboard heater settings to the red mark.
7.___ Close blinds, lock any windows opened and lock the doors.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
