Hono Kai C12 is a bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offering tropical views from the 3rd floor and traditional Hawaiian decor throughout. There are no elevators at this property. Unit C12 can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The space
No Resort or Parking Fees! The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed in the bedroom, which was recently purchased in August 2025. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the main living area. There is also a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. The master bedroom is separated from the main living area with lovely Hawaiian-style plantation shutters. The bathroom, located next to the front door, includes a tub/shower combo. The well-stocked kitchen is convenient for making meals in-house. Dine in or sit on your private lanai to enjoy your home-cooked meals. This condo stays cool with 1 wall timed A/C unit, located between the bedroom and main living area. Unit C12 can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The condo receives a quarterly pest control spray, and the entire complex was tented in early November 2025.

Hono Kai is a beachfront property where you can enjoy a 6-mile stretch of beach with views of Haleakala and Kaho’olawe, an oceanfront pool, and BQQ areas. Additionally, there is a coin-operated laundry facility for your convenience. Hono Kai is located at Ma'alaea Bay near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to the Aquarium, enjoy exciting activities from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to either side of the island. There are no resort or parking fees.

Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.

Aloha All, People coming from overseas or the US mainland effective July 8, 2021 Hawaii will allow travelers vaccinated on the mainland to skip quarantine without getting a COVID test, otherwise you would be required to provide a NEGATIVE test of COVID-19 , 72 hours pre arrival to Hawaii, otherwise must quarantine for 10 days. Visitors will need to upload proof of their vaccination or Negative test results to the state's Safe Travels website and bring a physical copy of their vaccination cards with them at the airport. Noelani is not set up to accept quarantine visitors at this time. Please ensure to check the Hawaii Safe Travel State regulations of Approved Test Partners to ensure you are not denied entry in Hawaii. State Regulations or Quarantine are travelers expenses, Noelani does not have priority over the State. We take pride in the cleanliness of our units and we were already doing most of what is being recommended now by CDC. We've washed all linen, towels, wash cloths and sanitized all the surfaces and door knobs, remotes and light switches. Away from the tour bus crowds of high rise hotels and overdeveloped resort areas, there is a unique, private haven where you can still enjoy all the peace, tranquility and Aloha Spirit of Old Hawaii. Maui No Ka Oi you'll find Noelani! All of our Maui vacation condos for rent are oceanfront, not just ocean view, like so many other Maui vacation condo rentals. Enjoy the best of Maui in our oceanfront resort Superhost condos. All our condos are privately owned and offers style furnishings; kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range with oven and cook-top. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and everything else you need to cook at home; a comfy sleeper sofa; and island décor through out the units. Minimum Age requirement: Must be 21 years old and show valid ID at time of check in A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided as well as a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & laundry soap. The common areas at Noelani includes 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, barbecue ocean front area each with gas grills and seating, private lanais and tropical island setting, just steps from the beach. We offer free wi-fi connection in all our units. Parking at Noelani complex is also free, and there is no designated parking stall, but each guest will need to obtain a free parking permit from the front office upon check in (One car per unit). All condo units represents the Pride and Joy that any owner could possibly have in creating, owning, and maintain a slice of Paradise on Maui. Please, be respectful to each and every item inside the condo and furnishing. A very important thing to note is spraying or applying sunblock or suntan lotions or other colorants or bleaches inside the condos or the lanai is not allowed, as these chemicals tend to stain furnishing, sheets, towels. All our condominium are non-smoking. Please, no smoking inside the condo, on the lanai, or in public areas of the condominium complex. Smoking only permitted in designated areas on the edge of the property. All listed properties are managed by Noelani Rental Association, staff that offers onsite service with Aloha!
