We chose the name Blue Room because the main colors dominate: black and blue which make our apartment unique.
The apartment is structured by a living room area, open kitchen and bathroom.
-The Living Room area is composed of: a double bed, a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed and a TV that you can easily use.
-The kitchen is open where it has all the essentials for cooking your favorite dish: pots, pans, induction hob, sink, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, minibar, dining table and chairs for every guest.
-The bathroom is structured by: toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest
Extras you will find: washer dryer that you can use for free, iron and ironing board.

In-person identification is mandatory at our office, as per the Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid via Airbnb.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 PM of €50. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
