The space

This lovely space is bright and spacious with large windows and a private balcony. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with eclectic furniture and art.

Set over 540 sq ft, this apartment easily sleeps 4 people - the bedroom has a queen size bed and there is an extremely comfortable inner spring queen size sofa bed in the living room.

You'll have a well-stocked kitchen with a Nespresso machine, coffee, tea, pots, pans, utensils, spices for any self-catering.

The apartment comes equipped with super-fast unlimited WiFi, TV with Netflix, Pandora and other streaming services, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, linen and towels.

You'll have access on-site to a well equipped gymnasium, a heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a barbecue, and a concierge to assist you 24/7.

The balcony

We are currently living overseas so Mark, our fantastic host, will greet you and be your direct contact while you are in Melbourne. The very friendly guys at the Concierge desk can also assist you with any queries regarding the apartment and the neighbourhood.

We had a fantastic fortnight's stay at Jack's apartment. It is really well looked after, is clean and has one of the best views of the city you could ask for. It's the sort of place you feel like you are living in, becoming an instant Melbournian, very homely while being chic - and it was even big enough to let our four month old son play with toys on a rug while we cooked in the well-appointed kitchen. We loved the proximity to the Vic Market and Southern Cross Station (where Sky Bus conveniently runs to the airport from and back). Jack's guide to the apartment makes it easy from the get go. Little touches like the myki cards and coffee vouchers for Kinfolk over the road (even though we didn't use them) showed that Jack is an extremely thoughtful host.

Jack is a very efficient host. Didn't meet him but the guide was perfect, and he was easily contactable. The apartment was just as it looked, with everything a hotel would offer. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Jack!

Jack's place is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a vibrant area in Melbourne CBD. I stayed there with my little family of 2 young kids for 25 days. The communication with Jack was excellent, his response was always quick and very clear. The check in process was very smooth (Thank you Mark) with every thing explained in a pre prepared booklet of information about the place and the area (very comprehensive really). The location of the place is really a great one, it's just on the tram station and you could use the tram for free within the free tram zone of the CBD, this saved us a good money on transportation. The place is also few meters from the Southern Cross station and Sky Bus of Melbourne airport. The main supermarkets are also within 200 meters walk and there is a shop just beside the entrance of the building in case one requires to grab something on the go. Jack's selection of art works and books are very good, the place is very classy and books are available even for few special recipes. All electronic devices were fully functional and in good condition, we depended heavily on the washing machine and dryer as we had young children with us. All cutlery were available and in clean ready to use condition. The place had a very fast internet connection, a phone landline, a smart TV and DVD/blue ray system which is equipped with a Netflix subscription (our children just loved it..!). The checkout process was very smooth and clear. Thanks also to Mark who was very helpful and supportive and available to help all the time. I will certainly comeback again to Melbourne and hope I have the chance to stay in Jack's place again.

Great location, close to everything with tram just outside and train station just across the street. Really handy with both Coles and Woolworth supermarkets nearby, also a Chinese supermarket for getting specialty foods. Really nice cafe (Kinfolk) just across the street and nice places around to get a quick bite. Bourke Street Mall just a few tram stations away. Very tasteful interior and equipped with all the amenities to feel just like home. Highly recommend :)
