The Casine Apartments are situated in a beautiful rural setting, nestled in a village in the valley below the Etruscan town of Cortona. From here you have easy access to historic sights in Tuscany, Umbria, Rome and Lazio. Ten miles in any direction there is a wealth of castles, palaces, churches and vineyards to be explored.
Four of the Casine apartments each sleep two people, two of the apartments can accommodate two to four guests and the seventh, the Lavanda apartment sleeps three. There are three apartments (Girasole, Mela and Bugia) situated completely on the ground floor which are suitable for people with restricted mobility.
The apartments each have air conditioning, winter heating and free WI-FI Internet access. All kitchens have a fridge, microwave or oven and kettle. An Iron and Hair dryer are also provided. Bed and bath linen are included.
There is ample on-site parking. Our guests can use the large 12m x 6m swimming pool with loungers and sun-shade umbrellas. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.
There is a large barbecue (with adjacent sink) and a large patio area equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
From here you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills and the lights of Cortona at night-time.
The surrounding gardens are particularly beautiful in spring and early summer, with colour and scent from the many rose bushes, jasmine and lavender.
Interaction with guests
Although we don't live at the property we do have a local management support which can help with any problems you may have and Christine (who acts as our customer contact) is always available on the phone or via email.
