Three bed first floor beach front apartment with the benefit of a large, sunny balcony terrace with spectacular sea views.

The apartment is located in Southbourne, directly overlooking the beachfront, with quick access down to the promenade and sea, via a sloped path right beside the property.

This modest yet spacious and comfortable apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms plus a small fourth box room set up with a travel cot. The apartment is ideal for families and beach lovers!

The space
The apartment has three bedrooms sleeping six guests - Two king sized bedrooms (one of which has great sea views) , a double room and a small box room with a travel cot. The open plan lounge diner opens up to the fully equipped kitchen and the family bathroom has a bath with shower over head.
The balcony terrace can be accessed via the lounge and has unobstructed sea views, while catching the sun all day. There is a large pub style table bench seat plus loungers and a new garden corner sofa.

The location in Southbourne is walking distance to the high street with shops and restaurants, and there are a number of pubs within walking distance too. Central Bournemouth is just a ten minute drive down the coastal road and other local beaches include Hengistbury head and Mudeford spit.

Guest access
Access is from your own front door at the side of the property with stairs to the first floor. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for safety.
