A one bedroom apartment located in central Santa Monica. Walking distance from the beach, Santa Monica Pier, and the 3rd Street Promenade. The apartment gets great light during the day, and has a large flatscreen with cable and lightning fast wifi.

The space

This modern Santa Monica apartment is in the perfect location. Walking distance from the beach, Santa Monica Pier, and the 3rd Street Promenade. The apartment has beautiful granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathroom, an ultra modern shower, wood floors, a 55" Smart TV with 5.1 surround sound, washer and dryer downstairs, free secure parking in a lot under the building, 2 bicycles, a tempurpedic bed, a ultra high speed WiFi, cable with HBO, EPIX, TMC, dishwasher etc. It is also 50 meters from a supermarket. The apartment has a very intimate feeling, and any guest will feel right at home. It gets great sun light throughout the day and has a small balcony. The brand new train stop is less than a 5 minute walk from the aparment. There is also a bus station that's a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

For extra guests there is a very comfortable Aerobed automatically inflating air mattress.

The washer and dryer are free and they are located in the garage behind the double brown doors. You will need one of the keys to open the door. There is laundry detergent and dryer sheets on the bottom of the cabinet closest to the front door of the apartment.

The dumpster is in the alley through the back garage to your left. Remember to bring your keys because the doors will lock behind you.

Park in space number 3 in the garage, and remember to close the gate behind you because it doesn't close automatically. Really nice home, feels spacious for 2 people and homely. Kevin is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Location is great, walkable distance to the beach and just opposite to a food shopping hall. It was very hot in Santa Monica during our stay so we were struggling a bit with the AC.

The flat is very modern, comfortable and cozy. The location is amazing - QUITE place with the 3d promenade st. really close (5-7 min walk). You have everything you need close by - cafes, restaurants, supermarket. Parking place as a bonus. My family and I are very grateful!

Kevin's place is great! It's spacious, comfortable and the internet is reliable and fast for anyone needing to do some work. The location is very good in walking distance to everything and a Vons is close by which has everything you need. Kevin's communication is great and the whole check in/check out process was simple and easy. I would happily stay here again and wouldrecommend to others. Thanks Kevin.
