Villa Oceano is a newly furnished 2BR, 2BTH condo in Playa Junquillal: a short 7-minute walk to the beach, a short drive from a small efficiently stocked super marked, a few restaurants in town, 30-minute drive to Playa Tamarindo and 2 hours from Liberia International Airport (LIR).

The space
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a custom-made closet offering plenty of storage space. This room has 2 bedside tables and a dedicated workspace. It features an ensuite bath that opens up to the living room.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, also a custom-made closet space and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity.

Adjacent to the bedrooms is the living room/dining room space, with a comfortable sofa, A smart TV, coffee table and dining table which seats six. For quick meals the fully equipped kitchen has an island counter with two stools.

Villa Océano is located in a quiet street in the southern end of Playa Junquillal, a beach internationally known for its nature and turtle conservancy efforts.

The nearest beach access (1000 ft) leads to a tranquil part of Playa Junquillal, where long walks along the pacific coast are an opportunity for bird watching and disconnecting.

There are a few different restaurants to choose from in town, all within 5 minute driving distance from the house.

A small but efficiently stocked super market is just 7 minutes away by car.

If you're looking to fully stock the kitchen we would highly recommend driving into Tamarindo -- ATM's, gas station, shops and pharmacies can be accessed there as well.
