All the positive reviews are true! Truly an awesome place to stay. Miss Alona and staff are very accommodating and kind. Unfortunately, the weather was bad when we went there we that's why weren't able to carry out our plans for that day, but luckily for us Miss Alona did offer us a tour around Bolinao, along with two other guests free of charge! She even let us stay for an extra night for free, just to visit hundred islands the next day. It was so heartwarming and satisfying! Will surely be back! Thanks Miss Alona and staff.

This is a very cosy place to stay! We had a day trip at the 100 islands and then took a tricycle for ca 100 pesos to get to Alona's place (took around 10 minutes), which was a very relaxing place to round off our day. Although we did have some troubles finding somewhere to eat in the evening (closest place was about 1 km away and the walk there was very dark), I'm sure that could be avoided if you do more research beforehand and maybe take a tricycle. Check -in and -out was smooth and it's fairly close to the bus terminal that we took going back to Manila (ca 10-15 minutes away by tricycle). I would probably recommend to buy any food or drinks before you go there though, because there aren't that many stores close by (of course, depending on what you need and how far you're willing to walk). We felt very welcome at Alona's from the second we requested to book and everything was very accommodating. Tip is to message beforehand if you have any food restrictions for breakfast, since it's a filipino breakfast, meaning lots of meat (I forgot to do this, but we still got help to find something I could eat). Thank you for an amazing stay!

Alona's place is so much better than I expected! She's very accommodating and her nieces are very nice. The pictures won't do this place justice. The interior design of the place makes you feel like you're at home. The bathroom is very clean but I wish there would be a bidae. She has thought of everything from the minutest details such as including a small scissor to cut the sachets of shampoo and soap. Location is VERY convenient and near hundred island. Ample parking space and her house is not very difficult to find. Food is fantastic. Her nieces are great cooks! I will definitely come back here if we visit Alaminos again.

I stayed in #A for two nights. It's a cozy place with a clean modern look masked with a charming traditional exterior. Along with the ample amenities to make one feel at home, Alona also provided exceptional hospitality during my stay. With daily prepared breakfast, organizing transportation and assisting in my trip to 100 Islands, it's a sure thing that I would choose her place again over any hotel or overpriced resort. Be sure to ask about the giant clams.

I work Monday 'till Friday at a Power Plant. Saturday and Sunday is my off so I can be available to mingle with guest. However, I will always respect your privacy if you preferred to. A Mountaineer. A budget traveller, a Wanderlust. I planned my travels ahead of time, so by now I already have schedules until December 2017. A Movie addict but tend to forget the movie titles and the characters after watching. A story teller -real life story. Friendly and easy to get along with. Flexible.
I treat my guest as a Family or friends. So be comfortable and feel at HOME..

On Airbnb, my goal as a host is to bring the best ideas from all the places I've stayed at and apply them to my own Airbnb. I try to make it efficient and convenient for the travelers far from home and full of information for the tourist. I aim to run the best Airbnb in Alaminos City. :)

"What you sow is what you reap". GOLDEN RULE

The Host:
"I often wonder if you can read me. I'm curious if you do, shake my head if you don't. I agravitate to child-like souls, but demand nurturing of an aged soul. A free spirit, unless I choose to stay. If so, I must like you that much.

Everything about me is paradigm, I am a being of contradictions. The eternal student who always take lessons the hard way, not because I am stubborn, but simply because I have this relentless quest for the truth. I see life as a passage, an adventure, a stage where I act out my highest truths. I am strong in the broken places, and brave where I am deathly afraid. I smile while the heart cries, and move on like I never knew pain. You have to come closer to get to know me, otherwise, you never will."
