Family estate was built in 2003 which offers sweeping views of Kealakekua Bay. Walking distance from University of Hawaii Community College and Kona Hospital, as well as eateries and shops in Kainaliu, this island retreat will give you a unique experience in Hawaii. Our Kalani Room is located upstairs and includes a shared bathroom. This room is ideal for one guest but fits 2 people comfortably.

We do have tenants that live upstairs and our Air BNB rooms are both upstairs and downstairs. Unfortunately, kitchen use is only for tenants. We do not have fridge space for our guests in the Sunset Room, but we would be happy to prepare meals for you at an additional cost. BATHROOM IS SHARED.

We had a great vacation on Hawaii Island. Much of the reason was by staying at Jamie and Charle's Happy Budha Farm. Of the main costs of the trip including the car rental, plan ride, daily spending, this AirBNB stay was a bargain. It is located in tranquil South Kona away from the central tourist traps. It is along the highway with the trendy and authentic old Hawaii shops and eateries such as the gelato place, Kona Bob cofee, Kaya cafe, Strawberry Tart restaurant, Patz Pies, the Cofee Shack. Choice Mart, gas station next door. Yes there is a pig and yes there is cow and yes there is a horse, each were awesome, but the best it Bailey the dog, what a good dog. Jamie is warm loving person and we are glad to call her a friend now. Charles is a stand up guy and consistently made, with precision, a great complete breakfast along with Kona cofee every morning on the porch over looking the high and wide view of the sea. The farm is large inside and out and has ample and convenient parking. Jamie and Charles were accommodating during our stay to particular needs associated with travelling with an infant. We enjoyed our time there, would recommend and would return.

Nice big place with dito room. Loved to stay here. They provided me with all kind of tips where to go. I loved the Lanai to hang out but also ate my breakfast (which Charles made for me everymorning) and diners here.

Delightful household in a rural area south of Kailua (Kona). Host and other guests are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. No central A/C, so persons who are not heat tolerant should look elsewhere.

Jamie loves to make your stay comfortable in every way. I spent a great week at this place and enjoyed it very much. the breakfast is prepared with a lot of delicious and chosen ingredients. the house lies on a narrow street with a lot of green around. the cow and horse out in the garden made it a peaceful setting. Bailey, the dog and I made friends in short time.

It is a nice big house, and all the people wer very friendly. Unfortunately I have seen Jamie only a couple of minutes during my stay. Her job, I know. Nevertheless, she or were always available to be asked or to help.
