The space

Our condo is an end unit located on the 4th (top) floor of the Bay Princess. It is located bayside on Coastal Highway with an ocean view from the front door and master bedroom. Easy access by either stairwell or elevator next to unit. Enjoy breath-taking bay views from the large balcony, a short stroll to the beach, a heated pool, parking, and family-friendly restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance.

Guest access

Checkin is on Saturday after 3pm. Checkout is on Saturday by 10am.
We will provide entry code, parking passes, pool code and wifi information the week before you arrive.

The property is completely furnished and includes kitchen appliances, coffee maker, plates, glasses, pots & pans, etc. There is a full-sized Washer/Dryer, 3 TVs and wifi/internet access.

Guests have access to the condo pool, however, Guests may not invite anyone not staying at the condo to use the pool.

2. List of Rental Party provided to host.

3. Maximum Occupancy.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.

4. Term of the Lease.
Confirmation of rental dates and time.

If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.

5. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Condominium Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

Guests are responsible for their behavior and resulting consequences. If Guests are evicted due to unlawful behavior, no refund will be issued.

6. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

7. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.

2 parking permits are issued for vehicles.
No trailers are permitted to park in the Bay Princess Parking lot or on OC streets (new rule enforced as of 2016).

This place is amazing! Well maintained, updated, plenty of space, and stunning views of the bay! The pool was a great alternative to the beach and the condo has great access to awesome restaurants and shopping! Very family friendly, perfect space for our toddler!

The sunsets are beautiful from your balcony. We loved the area, not far from anything you need. I wished we could have stayed another week. We hope to return again, very soon.

The unit was just as described by Joann, Awesome view of the bay and sunset. Good restaurants close by, Hooked was very good. Bayside Skillet is good as well(you better be hungry). The ocean was a few minute walk away so we could go back and forth without taking our blankets and towels when we went for lunch. Nice Stay will be back..

We had a wonderful stay at Joann's condo. Right when we walked in, we were blown away by the unobstructed view of the bay! This end unit on the top floor is definitely the best spot in the building, with great views and a private feel. The building seems very soundproof inside, so it's very quiet. The newer remodeling on the inside gives the place an upscale feel as the outside of the building is pretty nondescript. The kitchen area is beautiful and well lit, and had a good array of cooking supplies, but don't forget to bring dish soap, and dishwasher detergent, etc. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice and clean, and was quite large compared to other pools. The location overall is great...the beach is an easy walk, and you're north of all the hooplah downtown, and south of the big hi-rises in North OC, so the beach isn't too crazy.... If you walk the beach, heading south seems the best.. We really loved the restaurant Hooked. Local/ organic type food and beers with that hip feel. Fantastic service there too. The Ropewalk is also a great place...great for families and several nice indoor and outdoor bars, and live mellow music. Victoria's Seafood market across the street is great if you want to get some fresh fish to cook yourself... We got some jumbo shrimp and Flounder and cooked in one night... We also sampled a lot of local, raw oysters from all these places, and they were all on point! Overall, we had a great stay and we would come again! This place is such a great value, and a great location... We originally looked for Oceanside places, but fell in love with the quietness and private was of the bay side! You won't be disappointed. Thanks JoAnn! You have a great place!

We really enjoyed staying at Bay Princess unit 420. The condo was great. The unit is located close to the elevator and stairs, overlooks the pool, and has an amazing view of the bay and sunsets. The unit came equipped with everything you would need...washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, 3 televisions / cable TV, beach chairs, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, barware, and hangers in the closets. The Wi-Fi internet connection worked great and was a big plus for listening to music. The pool at the Bay Princess is large, clean, and was never too crowded to enjoy. The Bay Princess location is also very convenient. It is located on a crosswalk which minimizes the walk to the beach and there is also a bus stop right in front of the building. This is the second time I have stayed in unit 420 and would stay here again.

This condo was great! The location was perfect, and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great views from the balcony patio and the pool was a great option to have with a young child. Overall we had a great stay - well worth the value and would stay again in the future!
