Simply relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, take a dip in the private pool, or stroll along the meandering boardwalks that lead you to the white sand beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast. This home has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, living space area, and a generous sized kitchen. Offering impeccable accommodations for up to twelve, guests will love this community. This home offers seclusion compared to most areas of 30A so close to the water and one of the quietest stretches of beach along 30A.

Four parking spaces available (driveway). No street parking allowed.
Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 8 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

-Over 250 Acre Gated Beach Community on the Gulf of Mexico between Seaside and Rosemary Beach
-(2) Community Pools (Dunesider Pool in Main Gate and Bridges Pool within the Bridges Gate, which can be accessed directly from the boardwalk in front of the home)
-Parks, Walking Trails and Meandering Boardwalks
-Bike to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach
-A short walk to The Big Chill (formerly The Hub)
**Please Note:
*Access to the WaterSound Beach Club is not included.
*WaterSound does not allow golf cart rentals.

You will have exclusive access to the entire house, garage, patio, and backyard while staying on-site. There are four driveway parking spaces.
Home is located in Watersound - A gated coastal community perfectly situated in the middle of Rosemary Beach & Seaside.
This neighborhood is a mix of full/part-time residents and vacation rentals. It's very quiet and friendly! The community features both lake and ocean access, along with beautiful walking paths. Access to Camp Creek Lake directly in front of the home should you wish to rent paddle boards or kayaks during your stay.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
