Elevated at 60m above sea level and just a 5-min walk to the beach, this stunning 370m2 high-end villa is widely open on a sundeck, with a big infinity edge pool and sitting area suitable for 16 people, looking over the amazing nature of Haad Salad Bay. The beautiful sunrise and sunset can be seen from the terrace and bedrooms balcony.

The first floor offers a 240sqm living
area. On this area are:

2nd Floor
The second floor offers a 165sqm
living area. On this area are:

bed and an own dressing room.

awesome 9sqm balcony with great
view to the bay and to the sea.

Guest access
The whole Villa will be for you with your own private entrance. Parking is available only a few meters away from the house door.

Other things to note
As the villa is on a mountain, it is reachable on a concrete road but we would recommend a 4-wheel-drive car or a scooter to reach the villa.
Alternatively, parking downstairs is possible and there are steps up to the villa.
Or parking the car is also possible on top of the mountain.

Guests are afforded full and exclusive use of the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy with no shared facilities. This includes the private swimming pool, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and elegantly appointed living spaces.

Guests may further enjoy bespoke services offered by Reggae Garden Villas, including scheduled housekeeping and a selection of curated services available upon request, such as a private in-villa chef experience. All services are subject to availability, and details including pricing will be clearly communicated and confirmed in advance prior to arrangement.
