My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the roof top garden comes with stunning city views which includes both Petronas Twin Towers & KL Tower. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.

1) As there is a guidelines for check in.
Please pre-arrange with us and inform your arrival time as we don't have any service counter base at Royce Residences KLCC.

2) This is Homestay, Not HOTEL. We do not have receptionist service. Any enquiry may do communicate with us instead.

3) Additional late check in fees will be charged, for surpassing our check in time after 10pm.

4) For guest from overseas, Airport Pick Up can be arrange upon request with additional transportation fee.

My place is within walking distance to major KL tourism hotspot: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquila KLCC.

The food scene here is awesome from Malaysian Street fare to International Cuisines to Night Clubbing at places like The Beach Club, Marini's @ 57, Sky Bar etc.

Feel free to explore by yourself and it would be fantastic for you to stay longer and be able to get to know Malaysian Culture.
