Detailed description: 450 m2 of private area (land) and 1 house with 1 bathroom with glass box, 1 bedroom (suite) with double bed and ceiling fan, 1 living room/bedroom (combined) with TV, chairs and 2 beds + 2 extra single mattresses and ceiling fan, plus a 100% equipped kitchen. Outside area of the house with hammock hook, space to park up to 2 cars and beautiful green area inside the land. Barbecue area with refrigerator, microwave, table, counter, sink and stove in an outdoor/covered area for meals and leisure/socializing. 220V outlets, fully equipped kitchen.
- Important:
Mandatory respect for nature and the neighborhood. Keep garbage in the trash (including on the beach) and when leaving, collect it. Use all resources in a sustainable manner, without wasting water, gas, electricity, etc. Turn off all lights and fans when leaving, and always keep the external gate locked. Only people who are listed on the reservation and vehicles owned by them are allowed to stay on the premises.
Bring bed and bath linens. Respect the law of silence and use common sense with the neighborhood at other times.

Always keep the gate locked with a padlock throughout the stay. Respect the law of silence as well as respect the entire neighborhood in general. Do not flush paper down the toilet as it will clog. Turn off all electrical resources when leaving, especially but not limited to fans, and use electricity, water and other resources in a sustainable and waste-free manner. Mandatory respect for nature. Keep garbage in the trash cans (including on the beach) and collect it when leaving. Only people who are listed on the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed (only those owned by the people who are listed in the reservation).
No pets allowed, no events allowed, no smoking allowed, 6 is the maximum number of guests (provided they are duly registered in the reservation and only these people can be in the house), Check-in 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (only in the morning) / out until 2 p.m. (negotiable if previously agreed) and respect quiet hours at least from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., other times common sense with the neighborhood.
