Guest access
You may access the entire home and the surrounding property outside, with the exception of both the owner's maintenance and supply closets that remain locked. One locked closet is in the laundry room and the other is in the basement.

Water Information:
Like many oceanfront homes in the area, this property is supplied by a private coastal well. The water is safe for bathing and cleaning. Filtered and bottled water is provided for cooking and drinking comfort.
Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of our property and our guests, external security cameras are installed outside only and are motion activated to record both audio and video:
