Centrally located apartment.
This centrally located apartment is only 5 min. walk from the Main Railway Station and just 4 min. from the Subway (U1) Südtiroler Platz - Hauptbahnhof and most public transports.
The airport is only 18 minutes away by train. Also easy connections to Bratislava Airport, by bus which has stop at the Central station near home.
The amazing Belvedere (Palace, big park and botanical garden) is within a walking distance.
From home you will need less then 15 minutes to Karlsplatz/ Wiener Staatsoper/ Kärnterstraße (2 stops with U1) and St. Stephans Cathedral /Stephansplatz (3 stops).
The city center can be easily reached either by foot or with the subway (2 or 3 stops). Since the apartment is very centrally located, you can easily and quickly reach most places of interest.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank and the new Main Train Station Wien HBF which is also like a shopping mall with about 90 shops and restaurants.
The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom / living room with a SofaBed of 2.00 mts x 1:40 Mts for 1 or 2 extra guests, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower. There is also a separate toilet. WiFi is available. Towels, bed linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap is standard. There is no TV at the apartment (Vienna is to beautiful :). If you have any other requirements let me know, I am available at all times.
The entire apartment is for rent. (If you are 2 people and one wants to sleep in the bedroom and the other one in the SofaBed, it is possible and an extra of 15€ will be charged in cash at the check-in. Please tell me in advance to have the 2nd bed ready for you!

How to reach the apartment:
From Vienna Airport:
Is very easy and quick: You can take direct trains to Central Station 'Hauptbahnhof ' cost only 3.90€. This train takes only 18 min. From Hauptbahnhof you can walk home in 5 min.

Another option is to take the Schnellbahn/S-Bahn-- S7 --Direction Floridsdorf; exit at Rennweg Station; change to Schnellbahn/S-Bahn (or any tram) going to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)

parking is a bit difficult in Vienna. Parking in the streets in my area is free between 10 pm and 9 am during the week, on weekends parking is free the whole day. You have to pay on weekdays from 9 am to 10 pm and you are only allowed to park in one place for 3 hours.

Really important: Please respect the neighbors. Avoid making loud noise or playing music from 22:00 h to 9:00 h. ((NOT PARTIES ALLOWED) if so, you will lose your deposit and will be ask to leave the apartment immediately!)
Parties and guests not part of the rental deal are not allowed.
Please make sure to turn off all lights when not using them.
Check-in time is from 14:00h to 23:00h.
If you would like to check-in after 23:00h there is a fee of 20 euros to be paid in cash in your check-in.
Smoking is not allowed at home and also not allowed in the building common areas.
Towels are provided upon arrival but are not to be used for make up removal.
CITY TAX VIENNA:
As private hosts we are committed to pay City Tax of € 1,50 per person, per night to the City of Vienna - Magistral Department 6 (not applicable for children under 12 years old). This is not processed by Airbnb so we have to ask our guests to pay during their stay in cash and we will provide a separate receipt for this payment.
We love animals but not at home for hygienic and safety reasons.
Access to the kitchen is allowed, please make sure the kitchen sink is clear of dishes after every meal.
Leave your outdoor shoes at the entrance. Kindly keep away shoes, bags and suitcases from furniture and walls.
Kitchen: If you need something you can´t see, please let me know.
Cooked food or opened food cans etc. must be wrapped in available plastic film before storing in the fridge.
Do not store any kind of food outside the kitchen area. Eating and drinking is allowed in the kitchen and dining table only, not on the bed or furniture. You are welcome to have a water bottle next to your bed but do not bring other drinks next to the beds.
Keep the keys in a safe place, in case you loose them we will charge 80€ from the deposit.
