About this listing

We recovered this house for almost a year and made it a very cosy place. The interior is a style-mix of scandinavian- and urban. Black-White, Old-New and wood for a natural atmosphere. A place where I really can put in my passion for interior!
The house is from 1900 and used to be the shopkeepers' house, his shop was in the front-part of the mansion. Take a bike-ride along many more beautiful old houses in the area and before you know you are in the centre of The Hague, only 4 km away!

This was a gift to my brother and his girl friend. They loved the place and the added bonus of bikes was a nice bonus. There was a small problem with cell phone service that caused some minor confusion at check in but it was quickly remedied. Both bro and GF wished they could have stayed longer and would like to return to Natascha's place.

Beautiful home! Natasha was full of information about her city. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic BnB! Great interior with eye for detail. Both Natascha & Jeroen are very kind and warm host. The place to stay in Voorburg!

Natascha was the perfect host! Her house is uniquely decorated. The apartment is walking/cycling distance from the shops/restaurants. My boyfriend and I were able to borrow her bikes and cycle to her many recommendations. Excellent communication and she kindly left some breakfast for us which was very kind. I highly recommend Natascha's place :) Thanks again!

We recommend to everyone who goes to Den Haag, to stay at Nataschas wonderful appartment. It was also very clean! Natascha is a very nice, warmly and creative person. We were very happy. It was our second stay here, and it was perfect again. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay over the easter holidays. Thanks again for everything! x

Natascha's apartment was super cozy and chic, with some really alluring roomspaces and cute design elements. (Amazing to see how she transformed the unit from its initial state.) Better yet, Natascha was a very kind and accommodating host! She prepared a map of the area, an itinerary for a trip to Delft or up to the tulip fields, she recommended the tasty restaurants, and stocked the place with food for breakfast. The two nice bikes she provided to get around were an excellent perk, and made navigating Den Haag to the Scheveningen beach a joy! We thank her for a very pleasant visit to Voorburg.

Airbnb to me is a great way to meet real nice people! I love to communicate with my guests and to know a little of their lives and what makes them move.
I am passionate by interior and even more by atmosphere. It's a great feeling to feel at home somewhere in a restaurant or a shop or a house cause it feels like they made it for you with good food, nice people, nice conversations and a great interior! One of my favorites where they do the right thing (through my eyes!) is Winterlodge in Noordwijk aan Zee. A great beach-bar-restaurant along the coast of Noordwijk (only 25 km from our airbnb).
My husband Jeroen and I love the hustle and bustle of Den Haag, the very green neighborhood of Voorburg, the historical cosy centre of Delft and last but not least the BEACHES, to feel freedom and to realize how lucky we are in this big crazy world.
We also like to discover new places! Some in the neighborhood, some elsewhere in Holland and once in a while we take the plane to a foreign country.
At this moment we are very exciting about planning a journey to Australia...
Big chance that we aren't going anywhere this year to save al the money for our big dream and in January 2018 we leave for Australia.... YEAH!
