This charming apartment of about 75 sqm is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an ancient, yet renovated building (dating back to the early 20th century), in the heart of Bari. Decorated in a shabby chic style, with special care in the furnishings and accessories, the apartment is provided with hardwood floors in all rooms. The open space enables the light to fill every room, thanks to two large windows overlooking the surroundings. The balcony offers a fantastic view of Piazza Luigi di Savoia. All windows are double-glazed, thus ensuring total isolation from road noise.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, a large fridge and a table with 4 seats. The washing machine is located in the bathroom, which comes complete with a shower and a bidet.
Beyond the corridor, where there are two large closets, you can find the living room, furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs and a table for 6 people. The large LED-HD TV, with satellite channels and DVD player is perfect for entertainment.
The master bedroom lies on a mezzanine, which is accessed from a stair in the living room, but the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a second sofa bed for 2 people.
The apartment is provided with an high-speed internet connection (optic fibre), both wireless and Lan.
The apartment is located in the center of Bari, in the heart of the Murat district dedicated to business and shopping, a few blocks from the famous via Sparano with its elegant shops, the old town and its narrow streets, the University Aldo Moro, 500 meters from the Petruzzelli Theatre and the sea promenade. A few meters away, in Via Carulli, there is a supermarket, while in close proximity are within walking distance, bars, restaurants, night clubs, pizzerias, wine bars, delicatessens and a multiplex cinema.
The main tourist destinations, art and business of the city are located in close vicinity, while a few blocks away, in via Piccinni and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, transit buses that bring in the other districts of the city, including the Fiera del Levante, and the nearest seaside resorts: Torre a Mare-Palese and Santo Spirito.
In front of the Central Station (200 meters) are the terminal of all major urban bus lines, besides to the 24/7 available taxi stop.
Parking is allowed on the street in the permitted areas (blue lines) by paying a ticket of 1 € / hour from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm (free on Sundays and public holidays). Several private garages with the possibility of weekly and monthly subscriptions are just a few meters from the apartment in Via Carulli, such as Autosilo Parking, just 200 meters far away, open 24/7, all year round.

The apartment is well insulated. It is recommended to turn off air conditioner and heating when you leave the apartment. Turning on the system again at the return the apartment will cool and warm up in a few minutes.
PETS allowed with advance notice, and upon payment of an extra to be agreed (for extra cleaning).
Smoking is permitted outside ONLY, on the balcony.
Guests are required NOT to leave any kind of garbage inside the apartment or food in the refrigerator at the check out.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK IN
Check-in takes place directly in the apartment, from 13 to 20 every day of the week.
IMPORTANT: it is necessary to communicate the arrival time 48 hours before at least, and confirm 1 hour before the arrival at least.
The check-in is also possible beyond regular hours, until midnight.
The extra charge for check-in between 20:00 h and 24:00 is 20€.
At the check-in the key will be delivered and all the relevant information for the stay trasmitted.
At the entrance a phone number will be provided for emergencies during the stay.
