The one-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 40 m². The apartment has a spacious and lovingly furnished living, dining and sleeping area with an integrated fitted kitchen. The sleeping area with a double bed was separated by a curtain. The living area includes a TV in addition to the sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, dishwasher and freezer. The bathroom with shower is separate.
The space
Look forward to a bright, comfortably furnished 40 m² apartment in the popular "Residenz am Strand" - just steps from the fine sandy beach, the pier and the lively promenade of Zingst. The complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike – ideal for relaxing holidays between the sea and the center.
The lovingly furnished one-room apartment is perfect for couples or small families with up to 3 people. The sleeping area with a double bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. The sofa bed in the living area offers another comfortable sleeping option – also ideal for children.
In the open living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster and other amenities (no oven available). Free Wi-Fi and TV with radio/CD are of course included.
For your bicycles, there is a storage facility in the underground parking garage, as well as a free private parking space for your vehicle.
Thanks to one of the last traditional bakeries on site, a bread roll service is also possible – perfect for relaxed breakfasts on the balcony.
In the complex, you can also use the spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and a laundry for a fee.

PIK Zingst is your contact for:
• Key handover on arrival and departure
• Settlement of the visitor's tax & issuance of the visitor's cards
• Final cleaning & optional additional services (e.g. laundry package, high chair, crib, sauna/jacuzzi booking)
Please note that all organizational processes are handled by PIK Zingst. We ourselves do not live on site and are solely responsible for renting and furnishing the apartment.
